Working Process
You send a message or walk into the shop with an idea, a photo, or just fabric. From that point we take measurements, settle on the fabric and style details, cut, sew, fit, and finish. Every custom piece follows the same route so you know exactly what to expect and when you’ll have it.
Send a WhatsApp message, come to the shop, or fill the form on our contact page. Tell us what you have in mind; a photo, a sketch, a rough description, all of it works. We'll ask a few questions, rub minds, and tell you what's possible.
Once we understand what you want, we take your measurements. We'll also talk about fabric, style details, and how long the piece will take. If you're ordering from out of town, we send you a simple measurement guide and walk you through it.
You can bring your own fabric, or we source it for you. We'll tell you what works for the style you want, what doesn't, and what your money buys in different price ranges. A helpful conversation to help you get what's good depending on budget.
This is the quiet part. Your measurements become a pattern, the pattern becomes fabric, and the fabric becomes the piece. We take our time here; cutting, sewing, stoning, finishing. Every piece is checked at each stage before it moves to the next.
When the piece is ready, you come in for a fitting. We check how it sits, where it pulls, how it falls. Small adjustments happen here; a hem, a sleeve, a waist. If something needs more work, we fix it.
After the last adjustment, the piece is yours. We'll give it a final press, pack it properly, and hand it over. If anything needs adjusting later, you can always bring it back, we'll take care of it.

Send a message, come by the shop, or bring a photo of what you want. Step one takes two minutes.
