Divine Fashion Atelier is a women's tailoring house based in Aba, Abia State. We've been curating women outfits for over 25 years: custom pieces, traditional attire, occasion wear, everyday clothes for women across Nigeria and beyond.
What started as a one-woman shop has grown into a proper atelier, with garment making tools, a team of trained hands, and a steady flow of clients who come back and send their friends.
The shop began with a simple idea: women deserve clothes that fit them properly. Not almost-fit. Not a size that's supposed to work. Properly. So we built our entire practice around that one thing. Over the years, we've made thousands of pieces for women across different ages, sizes, and occasions. Bridal and aso-ebi sets. Corporate blouses and skirts. Church dresses, casual wear, traditional Igbo attire. Whatever the woman walks in wanting, that's what we figure out how to make.
We take pride in the small things; the finish on a hem, the way a sleeve falls, the fit at the shoulder. Those are the details that separate a well-made piece from a beautiful one. And they're the details our clients keep coming back for.
We also train. Over the years, we've taught and mentored more than 30 apprentices who now sew or manage brands of their own. Nothing makes us prouder than watching someone who learned at our table build something of their own.
A piece isn't finished until it sits right on the person wearing it. We don't release what doesn't fit.
Some things take time. We'd rather tell you the honest date than give you a rushed piece you'll stop wearing.
Young, older, tall, petite. We take real measurements and sew for real bodies, not a size chart.
Everything leaves our table. No outsourcing, no shortcuts, no sending your work somewhere else.
We're available anytime. Send a message, or stop by the shop and we'll talk about what you have in mind.
