This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and how it's stored. Plain English, no legal maze.
What we collect
When you fill the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. That's it. We don't run analytics, we don't track you across other websites, and we don't use cookies to follow you around. It's only used to respond back to your submission.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you. If you send a message asking about a piece, a quote, or a fitting, we use your contact details to respond. Nothing else. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails.
Where it's stored
Your submission is stored securely in our database host, a database service we use to keep our records. It's also sent through our email delivery system (for email delivery to our inbox) and notifier. These are standard services used by many small businesses. Access to your information is limited to the people who run this atelier.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries until they're handled and no longer useful. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask & we'll remove it.
Cookies
This site uses one cookie, and only for the admin login. If you're not logging in, no cookie is set. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it's wrong, and to have it deleted. Send us a message through the contact page and we'll handle it.
